• This age verification step is necessary for us to comply with international privacy laws (like COPPA and GDPR) and to provide an age-appropriate advertising experience.

The type of ads you see depends on the age you provided at our Age Gate:

• For users aged 13 and over (or the equivalent age of consent in your country): We may show personalized advertisements. These ads are tailored to your interests based on data collected about your app usage.
• For users under the age of 13: We take steps to protect your privacy. We will only show non-personalized (contextual) advertisements. This means the ads you see are based on the content of the app (e.g., "Minecraft games"), not on your personal data or activity.

8. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Please be aware that any Minecraft skins you upload to the App are considered public content. Other users of the App will be able to view, download, and use your uploaded skins. You should not upload any content that you do not wish to be publicly available.

9. Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. When you request deletion, we will permanently delete all personal data associated with your anonymous account from our servers, including:

• Your User profile (Creator Name, Bio, Avatar)
• Your unique Device Identifier (UUID)
• All content you generated (uploaded skins, created packs)
• All app activity (likes, follows, badges)

How to Request Deletion:

Please use the subject line "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST".

For verification, please include your Creator Name (if you have one) in the email. We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 90 days.

How to Delete Specific Data (Partial Deletion)

You can also delete some of your user-generated content (UGC) directly within the app, without deleting your entire account:

• To delete your uploaded skins: Navigate to the "My Skins" section in the app, where you will find an option to delete individual skins.
• To delete your created packs: Navigate to the "My Packs" section in the app, where you will find an option to delete individual packs.

Deleting this content is permanent and cannot be undone.

10. Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our App is intended for a general audience, which includes users under the age of 13.

We implement an Age Gate on the first launch of the App to verify the user's age. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR:

• We do not knowingly store the full date of birth of any user.
• For users who identify as being under the age of 13, we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information other than what is necessary to support the internal operations of the App (such as showing contextual ads and basic app functions).
• As described in our "Advertising" (Section 5), all advertising shown to users under 13 is non-personalized.
